Each area of Crows Nest is meant to nestle you in views and comfort. All bedrooms are ensuite with updated bathrooms. The King bedroom has an expanded custom bathroom. Each of the two Queen bedrooms have updated bathrooms. The chef's kitchen has all new Bosch appliances and is fully equipped. There are 2 beautiful living areas, one on the first level and one on the main level. Each has a fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. We even have an office/bunk room and a fitness room!

How to Secure Your Time at Crows Nest
Crows Nest is rented weekly - Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday, or nightly with a 4 night minimum.
Rentals are for a maximum of 6 people.
PETS AND CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT PREMITTED. Please be respectful of local wildlife!
The rental fee is $2,500 per week, or $375 per night for 4-6 nights.

A $310 cleaning fee, as well as a 4% Haywood County Occupancy Tax will be added.

There is a $500 refundable security deposit required.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property (including house, decks, and surrounding acreage).
